Half way between Kingston and New Paltz, within walking distance to Main Street Rosendale, the rail trail, Mohonk Preserve, the Rosendale trestle, and even the Trailways Bus Stop, this one bed room home sits above a friend’s (very quiet) wood shop. The space has all four walls to itself, it feels private and gets great light. It was built in 2020 and I am the first resident to have lived there. I have a full sized organic latex bed, there’s a great bathroom with a sky light, and a deck that overlooks a neighbor’s spacious yard. The bedroom looks out to a cemetery across the street (quiet neighbors!). I absolutely love this place but will be traveling for work so it makes sense to rent it out.

Please note I’m a practicing Buddhist and there is a shrine in the bedroom and rich library of Dharma books, but I am happy to move them for your stay if you’d be more comfortable without them.
