What’s included:

The backbone of the lab, a weekly Monday morning circle held in tandem online and in person.
The main session will include a short practice, sharing of our projects and challenges, practical problem solving, structured feedback, and accountability requests.

Iba members have the option to join a discord server where they can follow up on circle topics, share information with each other, and get reminders and topics for upcoming circles.

Iba members have access to the Lab Feed, which is a blog style page where Chase shares interesting links, videos, tips, and tricks. With permission, some relevant clips from past circles will be shared here as well.

In the future, in addition to the Monday Morning Circle Meetup, there will be private gatherings for members to more deeply explore media as path. Members also receive first priority and free entry to public events in the future.

A one month, one-on-one production consultation and coaching program. Together we will clarify your vision, holding it with the practical reality of the resources available to you. Instead of blanket applying formulas to your dreams, we will work together using your inspiration and my experience and knowledge to arm you with the right tools for sharing your voice with the world.

The Mentored Media Month takes place in five chapters:

I’ve been told by clients that our discovery process alone has been worth the entire budget of their project. Over the years, I’ve learned to ask the right questions and draw out the underlying threads of wisdom in sapling visions. This chapter begins with your application process and culminates in the first of our three calls: The Discovery Call.

Having listened to and understood what you want to express to the world through media, I will stay in the lab to forge tools unique to your inspiration, means, and purpose. Throughout this process I am available to you through text and voice memo, and I may follow up with questions as I arm your quiver.

The second of our three calls is The Arming Call.
At the beginning of the call I will give you the package of resources I've put together, and together we will walk through them one by one while I answer any questions you may have.
This session may also include some “hands-on” training (whether remote or in person) working with software, equipment, or physical spaces. -
After the Arming, you will go off on your own for ten days or so and begin implementing the tools we’ve put together. During this time I am fully available through text and voice memo for ongoing support and refinement of our methods.

Our third call is The Sharpening and Radiating Call. These two processes always work in tandem. Sharpening involves discipline, effort, and listening. Radiating is the effortless flow of authentic expression that occurs as a result.
We will orient toward the future and come up with some send-off action items. There is also the option to continue working together.

The Iba Circle is a weekly Monday Morning Meetup for us to support each other in kicking off an incredible week. The main session which will be broadcast is from 10-11:30am ET.
Every circle will be slightly different, adjusted for the group’s needs and relevant topics. I will always have material available to present and discuss if nothing else is pressing. I am not positioned as a teacher, but as a peer support resource with over a decade of experience in media production.Members who live in the Hudson Valley are warmly invited to attend the circle in person at The Compound (address shared with members). Gate opens at 8am for coffee and hot tub, and stay after to network and connect.

Those who purchase the MMM receive one year’s access to the Lab. Participation in the MMM is not a requirement to join the Lab. Lab membership can serve as an affordable entry point for those curious about MMM to see if my style and approach suits them.
MMM is for people who want to get really serious and dive deep into their work with me one on one.
While the Lab is open to all, the MMM requires an application process. -
Every Circle session opens and closes with a short, guided meditation practice. It is assumed that anyone who wishes to be part of the Lab is open to exploring mindfulness-awareness practice.

While the calls will be recorded, anything shared from the calls will be approved by those in the footage. All members are asked to sign an agreement not to share or use the creative of any other member without explicit consent.

No. You can cancel any time. Of course every circle is optional, and so is participation if attending. I anticipate there will be times when it is just me and one or two other people, and those could be some very special meetings.

Absolutely! My dream is to some day host a different speaker every week who touches on a unique topic. In the meantime, if you have something you’d like to present to the group that you feel would bring value to everyone’s practice, please reach out and let’s plan something ahead of time and announce it!

The price also allows me to provide the service at discounted rates to people who need it.
